if he knew about the legal complications he wouldn't have mentioned back in 2017 that kyc would be optional and up to the operator to decide. he wouldn't have omitted from the get go that country restrictions would be mandatory. and he sure as fuck wouldn't have promised a token burn, only to later work around that with le singe.

I had a lot of hope for this project in 2017, it seemed so practical and intuitive.

I was expecting the asset to help solve problems like charge fraud in casinos and more reliable automated payout systems as millions of $$$ goes uncollected by patrons in american casinos; it ends up going to the respective state.
