It is a good buy if you intend to use the computer for other purposes, as keep the CPU mining when you're afk.
Please be aware it'll take ~1 year for the CPU to pay itself, maybe more depending on where you live and how much XMR will be worth at that point.
That being said, the 5600X is a fantastic CPU.
Forget Intel CPUs, some of them have pretty great pricing for machines built exclusively for gaming, but they suck at mining.
TLDR: wanna actually use the CPU? buy the rig, otherwise you could try diversifying
