Obviously you were priced out long time ago like all regular salary londoners. It's arabs, oligarchs and chinese buying property they are just parking money, you can park to real estate or stonks. They dont care if it goes up or down it's
safe in estate somewhat. 10-20% of london homes are now vacant, they dont even need to rent them it's just parking money. It's worth 11 billion pounds homes sitting empty

chess etc. statistically they have much lower spatial skills. some engineers especially those with masters degree tend to have high both verbal and spatial skills, but they are in minority perhaps like only 5% of them, those are the same people that could apply to medschool and so on

verbal intelligence women and
men tend to score very similarly. there are also conditions like schizhophrenia that hinder spatial skills and tradeoff to creative thinking or divergent thinking abilities. humans are complicated.

silver is so low market cap it can be manipulated like last bull run. a single dow stock has larger market cap than silver.


warren buffet was said to be big player in silver market, already in 90's he got inte silver markets.

gold is much larger cap ofcourse and harder to simply pump like penny stock. OIL is even bigger market and it compares to dow. for oil
you have opec and nations however that can trade deals probably so it differs from metals that way. but even oil was totally out of anyone's control last spring like nobody had control of markets. that can happen to gold and bitcorn too when volatility grows typically markets take the driver's seat and nobody can control it
