I just wish the people laying these out weren’t so low iq and greedy pretending this is still Levittown in 1950. So much wasted lot space in the front. Do a Radburn plan and let them have nice open space and access away from the roads and driveways in the back. Something like the Village Green in LA.
Instead we get a giant slab of concrete that heats your “yard” in the summer and 5sqft of grass and an AC unit in the back.
