How is diversity power, I don’t understand. Wouldn’t it be more efficient if everyone was on the same page and held the same beliefs and lifestyle practices, because that way you wouldn’t have to spend time or money consulting between people or managing their differences.

In this example the business would save money if they were not diverse at all, because then they could have one microwave to purchase and operate. Or, several microwaves operable at the same time to reduce wait time for other microwave users.
