Fucking based. Anytime someone says they cant afford to eat it blows my mind. For 22 bucks i can get 25 lbs of dried beans of some sort, and another 20 some odd bucks gets me 25lbs of rice. Get some hot sauce and oil, and use a 10 cent 22lr round and shoot a squirrel or rabbit...and you can eat for weeks on less than 50 bucks. Just get creative with the spices and combos and keep shooting squirrels which are everywhere.

Beans and rice is the tits. Learn to love cheap spices like taco seasoning, franks red hot and sriracha. Throw some spring onion in there to make it pop.

Frozen vegetables are cheap and plentiful. Easy to throw into a lot of dishes. Pork shoulder is very cheap and delicious when slow cooked.

A man can still feed himself well on a budget. It’s just a matter of knowing how.
