When rates go down the market will go up. Because the mega caps are just hording cash right now waiting for cheap credit.
Sovereign debt notes will go up, DCAing into TLT is not a bad play if you think that rates have stabilized and will go down this year.
Equities will go down if the fed decides that inflation is sticking and decide to raise rates again. But it is an election year and the global economy is in a recession because of the current rates. They will help the POC's and lower rates, sending equities and bond notes higher into the election to juice the economy. The writing is on the wall.

So I'm a minimum wage shill that will have no job for a few months while I finish my study in business informatics for about 5 months.

Is there anything to invest in that's relatively low risk? I've got about 2k I can play around with without ending up with no money.
