When I was 26 I was poor and had a part time remote job, had 10k in savings though and I used the opportunity to move to China which was a lot cheaper than where I was living, while working the same remote job. Then I managed to save another 10k bringing my total to 25k, then in early 2017 I went balls deep into Ethereum and bought some BTC too, in 2019 bought some LINK when it was 40 cents and my NW is about 400k now (Age 32).

My life has been really weird but I owe it to the creative lifestyle, it never would've been possible if I was a typical 9-5 office wagie.

Yes. I 100% believe this is a massive shakeout by whales or other entities to control the crypto markets before the next ATH.

This shit is still on track to largely replace traditional currencies, maybe not entirely but we've only just begun. Bitcoin sucks but it's pretty much the reserve cryptocurrency because of name recognition, like the dollar is.

We are unequivocally early(ish) adopters.

How can we explain to normans in one paragraph or less, what bitcoin is and why it is not a scam? We need something concise that can be uttered in one breath and capture the whole picture.

Nothing insane, not looking to buy a house with it but I have a lot more than I thought I would by now and want to treat myself. Haven't bought anything but food in months.
