start a chat with an agent to have the issue escalated. I had the same issue yesterday when I flagged this 1oz "5" dollar weirdly shaped liz head massively spaced radial lined golden bar, I mean coin. Got a response that it did not violate ebay policy (even though its a clear counterfeit). I started a chat and was able to provide more information to the agent. The agent said it would be 2 days before any action would be taken. The ad was promptly taken down an hour or so later. They haven't banned the seller though, so even if you get the ad removed, the seller could repost.
