I fucked the woman I met from /biz/

I am about this fucking close to starting my own company.
I currently work for a small company making good money serving very wealthy clientele. My boss suddenly pulled out a contract for everyone to sign that says you can't work for another company in the same industry for a year AFTER your employment ends there. I can not afford to be shackled like this with some bullshit contract now that I'm making good money. I don't plan on losing my job or leaving it, but I am refusing to sign this bogus contract.
Now all day I've been thinking I might as well just do it myself, solo. I am constantly being told I am the top performer in the company, I consistently receive glowing feedback from clients, and everyone in the company knows I'm professional and a top achiever.
>boss called me today specifically to tell me that she (yes, she) wanted to personally thank me for getting so much business and so many great reviews for the company, and that they 'need' me.
I know the business and the process, the only thing I don't know is how to do job quotes and payroll and stuff.
Where do you start with this? Door to door pitching? Business cards?
I'm thinking about starting it very small and just doing jobs by myself on the weekend and try to build a reputation like that. Any anons have experience starting a service business?

I make decent money, all things considered. Work for a small company with very rich clientele. I get $25/hr and I don't have a degree, and the work is good and the tips are insane.
Every single one of my coworkers routinely complain about money, saying they live paycheck to paycheck, complaining about bills and talking about 'hello fresh', etc.
I've come to the conclusion that there's a reason they don't teach anything about finance at school. It's not conducive to a cattle society.
Not one of my coworkers invest or do anything other than spend their money. It drives me nuts listening to their madness when I've invested almost 10k in BTC since the start of the year.

I woke up today and I didn't go to work.
I just didn't. I am 4 hours late already. My work colleague called me and I didn't pick it up.

After i finished school i did nothing for a year (all the others went into jobs and started studying stuff)
They all called me stupid because i didnt do the same thing as every sheep out there, i never understood why i should work the whole day.

I learned a lot of stuff about computers and making money in this year and now i have a giant crypto stack and a really nice passive income while all others have to wage all day, i have so much time but the bad thing is i have to lie to everyone because i dont want to tell them that im rich.
