Thats a fair distinction but it lends to my point. BTC mining has been concentrated toward entities large enough to afford to overcome this physical restriction. So if money isnt an object, they have a finger on a money printer too. Better in theory, but in practice rather similar past the early stages when mining didnt have such a high entry barrier.
