Wondering this as well, but I can only buy it from the NYSE OTC (Over The Counter)

I have absolutely NO CLUE how this works. I mean, with a company as big as Nintendo, does this work like a regular stock in terms of liquidity? Or am i bound to be fucked hard someday? From what I understand, I have to deal with a dealer, and I don't really like the sound of that. And how does it work for dividends?
