"influencers" have agents that scout high-end/luxury locations and present these locations with a media package that describes her social media following, with a proposal that amounts to 'if you let @free_spirit_whore stay a week in your location for free she will blog the shit out of it'. So the location gets pubilicity, she gets the appearance of a lavish lifestyle, simps cream their pants over another bikini pic, maybe a few people genuinely go to the location... its a hustle.
