Alright, explain to me how the binance "hackers" are going to offload their 7000 btc. Every analysis tool is monitoring the transactions of the stolen coins. Each exchange with volume is tapped into a blacklist which immediately freezes funds when a deposit is traced back to the stolen coins. You need an exchange to flush to monero. Nobody wants tainted coins. How will they do it? OTC trades won't work either because the recipient can't spend the coins.

How are they ever going to cash out?

Will the Binance hackers ever be able to cash out their btc? I mean each outgoing transaction from the wallet will just flag the recipient as fraudulent. Every transaction is public. How are they ever going to cash out? Especially without KYC? Who is ever going to buy those tainted btc?
