Anon, in your pick set you need to use the one that looks like pic related, put as little pressure as possible on the tention bar. Move the Rake in & out quickly, your goal is to get the pins to jump up & down while you have the smallest amount of pressure on the tension bar, I'd say place you pinky on it as light as possible. If you want to relock it don't turn the cylinder 360 or you'll have to re pick the lock, if it does auto lock when closed.
Best of luck, post here if you need some help I'm on most of the time. I'd say if that doesn't work 'bump keys' are probably your best option if you don't want to use a drill.
