When Brave comes out with themis, then great, that'll be their first technology that is truly "web3" and doesn't piggyback off of others. But almost everything else, brave creators, tipping, the browser, search, brave talk, etc., has all been centralized. It's been good because Brave is nice and generally cares about their users, not because it's been part of some new web3 paradigm.
