>It just seemed weird that someone so crazy would stay at it for so long
It makes perfect sense when you consider his allegiances and that he's paid to do what he does. It's his job to do what he does. It's not just a sham, he's not just a hoaxer. He's a well-paid, well-supported glowie asset.

He's not simply running a scam, he's also hellbent on destroying/stopping crypto and wants all wallets to require KYC to use and he's extremely pro taxation etc and all other forms of financial governmental controls. In one interview years ago he talked about how moving Bitcoins "across borders" should trigger AML alerts and require some authorities get notified of the transfer, and that the (across borders) transfer limit should be the equivalent to $200 or $250 or so because "that's the law/regulation" or something like that. He's also extremely anti-anonymous and anti-XMR etc. He said in another interview he thinks basically it's "unfortunate" people see crypto as anti-government and he says the USD will not collapse and Bitcoin isn't about any of that.

If the glowie Craig could have his way then keys wouldn't matter at all (because he can never get Satoshi's keys!) and your coins would only be "yours" if there's some government-approved document saying they're yours, basically through some method of connecting your government-issued ID with the coins. If he magically could he would remove "not your keys not your coins" from the consciousness of crypto users and replace it with "no ID and no KYC, not your coins".

And years ago he said he would reveal that XMR also had "fatal flaw" on some specific date - the time came and it was just him talking about how XMR is bad because it's illegal due some taxation/AML related shit. He's obsessed with taxation, KYC and AML compliance btw.

Nothing in crypto would serve globohomo/NWO better than Craig's "vision" for crypto. He's 100% pro taxation and anti-XMR etc. He wants Bitcoin transfers "across borders" (as if borders exist in crypto) over the equivalent of $200 to require an AML-KYC procedure. He wants wallets to require KYC for people to be able to access their own coins.

The glownigger Craig wants to normalize KYC and introduce it everywhere in crypto (which he wants to destroy - that's his/their goal) and try to normalize the idea that your keys don't matter (because he doesn't have the keys to the coins -- Satoshi's -- he claims is his), in an attempt to make people forget the fundamental truth of crypto of "your keys, your coins" and instead think their coins are only theirs if their wallets are registered with the government and they go through KYC to access them.

He also wants to limit the amount of coins/sats you can send "across borders" (as if geographic borders exist in blockchain tech) to the equivalent of about $200-$250, any transfers worth more than that Craig wants the user to comply with an AML-KYC procedure in order to be able to send.

So in other words he wants extreme amounts of government control and interference in crypto, and to eliminate your sovereignty over your own funds.
