everyone puts their wallet in group (hidden), a smart contract vote decides the $ limit for the group. another smart contract controls the delivery of crypto between a pair of anons (so scumbags cant take and not give). you can also put a little xmas message to go with the delivery, or if you are feeling particularly festive you can wave your secret santa and do it for charity :)
