Except... that SIGA is flush with cash, and has given special dividends and done stock buybacks where possible. They were conservative and cash positive before the pump servicing their existing clients. That client base is now expanding. Every fundamental makes SIGA a buy, even at $24. The only thing that doesn't is technical analysis -- but technical analysis is worth actual dick when you're dealing with a small cap company that just might have a monopoly on a treatment for a worldwide pandemic.
