pic related is my absolute favorite cheese of all time

I'm american, i dont know what half of that even is
but ill eat just about any cheese if its sharp or creamy enough
unless its cottage cheese, because that stuff is truly awful

mild and dry cheese is kinda bland IMO, but ill enjoy just about anything that isnt very hard

buffalo cheese is good too (not spicy buffalo flavored, but cheese made from a buffalo milk instead of a cow/goat milk)
