I did some digging into the recent options movement. AAPL is neutral with emphasis around the $200 strike. AMZN is bullish with emphasis around the $130 strike. Nothing jumps out though.,

I closed out all my other positions and am now 100% SPY. I'll continue to DCA on the way down. I am too dumb to do anything else with all this volatility.

Just sell puts and pick up more shares if assigned. I'd imagine there is a decent volatility skew that should work in your favor if the options are liquid. Covered calls are going to screw you out of the big gains during bull runs on the underlying.
