Women in the workplace doesn't work because it makes it about gender battles and women didn't evolve to be cooperative like men did, you evolved to be able to move from man to man very quickly with no attachment because in that environment, dominant males hoarded females and resources, and if your man dies you better have no qualms about jumping on the winners dick, because it's the only thing that would have kept you alive.
