Oh dear lord. I just found something more fun to confirm what we basically already knew. At one point during that June 30th hearing, Glenn instructs Holly to turn to page 81, which she does, and she says "This page refers to NOLs". Glenn then hurriedly says, "Yeah I think there's a problem with the binders I'm gonna have to come back to that." Then he pauses for like 20 seconds like he's Mitch Goddamn McConnel, then says "b-b-back to t-t-t-t-he dip budget again". Now flash back to reality. Refer to Docket 1437, the disclosure statement filed on 7/21. Turn to page 81, it mentions NOLs, only time in the whole document NOLs are mentioned. Hedgies literally have aneurisms at the pure mention of NOLs. Holy fucking kek.
