Hey frens, /sadfag/ here. Anybody else have tips for not blowing so much money to cope with internal sadness? I have modest savings and crypto holdings and am back in college to finish my bachelors but every week I spend hundreds of dollars betting on sports, drinking alcohol, and miscellaneous gambling. I would be putting that money into crypto, which many would consider gambling anyway, but the potential is greater. I just love the rush of betting, it's the only thing that makes me feel anything inside anymore. I only make 2500-3k/month after taxes

Basically, I need to expand my income to fuel my degeneracy or cut my degeneracy but every time I say "no more" I throw more money gambling

Anybody else do this? What type of balance can I reach before I absolutely wreck myself? Fuck, I'm miserable
