Not sure it will be together in a few decades. Secession of some states will start to become a serious thing. It's going to balkanize. In the last few years we've had serious calls to change the electoral system, a serious attempt to depose the president based on false information, and a near constant propaganda barrage. The fact that racial grievance is now being pressed on very hard for political gain is a serious no-no in a society that claims to want to be multicultural. People are openly being told to vote based on their race, gender, or genitalia.

All institutions that should be respected are no longer worthy. People can't trust public education, academia, science, national media, government, banks, corporations, nothing. All the people who claim elite status are stupid, narcissistic, and hate large swathes of their own countrymen. Zero trust society.

Its a joke because the only power people still have is to laugh.
