vaccines will take really long time. only people that basically would benefit are high risk group, and for them especially too strong vaccine could be fatal so they need to be tested thru out. h1n1 vaccines were a fucking massive shit fest, people got chronic illnesses from them.

hence, volunteer isolation for elderly and protection of elderly houses but opening economy rather quickly otherwise is rational. with possible cases treat with antivirals and antibiotics
