Mexico's healthcare system is better than the UK, because they have USA's to compare they're systems to, and emulate, and since they're in part a government bureau, they get special treatment to diminish the costs but get on par or better than the US system because you can't sue the government easily.

The US system is private, and because of that, instead of ending up like fat lip guy, if you get your face smashed in, it's not unusual for a private health-insurance firm to cover the cost of full facial and cosmetic reconstruction.

My mom had her head smashed in by a horse one time, and nobody is the wiser. and that was in 2002.
