This might not play out. In 2011 when S&P downgraded US debt by the same drop as Fitch has today it led to a sell off in riskier assets (stocks, corporate bonds, etc) and a subsequent rotation right into the US govt treasuries that had been effectively downgraded by S&P. Seems history is repeating itself with Treasury futures currently being bid up
