Uverse was a p big complaint. It's OTT so it's tied directly into at&t's internet network, but actual internet traffic takes precedence over uverse streaming so sometimes it gets blocked out by bandwidth issues and you get cucked. You might be able to get them to reset your shit over the phone since they usually have a nice reset button on their end, but I wouldn't count on it. You should be able to get bill credits for dropped days too.
