Powell CANNOT stand for the market to be out of the decline while inflation is still at generational highs. I'm pretty sure it would cause more inflation if it pumped with the wealth effect and all. He probably also sees it as a sign that he hasn't evaporated enough money.
I think he might also have a real problem with you personally.
