There were other factors (I look at measured moves a lot, read what pretty much each candle means as to what happened, try to understand where bulls and bears will probably get out and in, dissect different time frames, etc.) that made me switch to cash temporarily but basically a low 2 is a 2nd entry short in a trend down. A high 2 is a 2nd entry long in a bull.

Basically the big move down is a bear breakout. It bounced up to 9-16 which is a pullback. Selling under the low of 9-16 is a breakout pullback short 1st attempt. Selling under 9-19 is a breakout pullback short 2nd attempt (shorthand called a low 2).

Again, you can't just trade only off high 2s and low 2s - they are a clue though and part of the overall context.
