It's to the point where it's so much work, it'd be faster, easier, and cheaper to file manually myself, but I have a feeling that doing that would get me audited, whereas if I use turbotax even though THEIR SHIT IS JUST AS BAD AS COINBASE, they've got deals with the IRS so I'm less likely to get audited.

If I can't get it figured out today I WILL just file manually and take out enough cash so that if I get my accounts frozen during an audit I won't starve to death.

I am employed by my country's equivalent of the IRS, and I am supposed to be audited every year.
However, I never declared anything but that year I made significant gains, and I'll have to declare it, or I could unironically go to jail.
I felt like I fucked up big time on this one, I never mentionned crypto in my tax returns for years.
All my work experience is about a minor real estate tax, I can't do any other kind of job, jesus christ I'll end up mopping the floor.
