I caught COVID last December and due to the muscle weakness I partially ruptured my achilles tendon. I had to non-weight bear for 2 weeks which further compounded my muscle weakness. Pretty sure I strained/sprained every muscle/tendon in my body and still extremely weak/in pain from that ordeal. I've just started lifting very lightly again and doing light cycling. Not sure if I'll ever be 100% again. Shit sucks.

How did you keep investing in this market when the smoke-and-mirrors were finally revealed to you? I came to crypto because I believed in muh future of finance but I quickly saw through the facade and realized every coin is just a quick pump and dump trying to convince the next poor sap to buy before you sell. Crypto does nothing and nobody is interested in using it as a payment method. With this revelation, it's been hard for me to allocate any more capital to projects knowing full well that there's dev wallets, scammers, pajeets, and con-men all waiting to dump on me as soon as they can. How did you keep investing when the truth was revealed to you? Only stick with BTC?
