Just because TSLA dabbles (dabbled) into making semis does not make them a semiconductor company. Just like they are not a robotics company a la Boston Dynamics despite what snake oil salesman Musk claims.

They buy their chips from Nvidia, Intel, TSM, etc... they recently said they were buying AMD too.

TSLA is a car company. No more. No less.

I will admit I haven't kept up with every nook and cranny of this, but I seem to recall them being able to convert up to 9m shares at a time (into common stock) with a floor price of .71, and it was right around that stock price that the deal terminated.

I mean honestly, you guys do what you want... but between them getting a 6 million dollar severance lawsuit, these Hail Mary financing ideas, and the stock price getting pushed to an ATL, I just tend to believe that this goose is cooked. You can point to the GME squeeze but the fundamentals of this play are way different.

Too many baggies with sunk cost fallacy and an invisible "shill" boogeyman to see clearly. Oh well.

Reminder to all options noobs that the 17th is a quad witching day. Not saying don't be bullish, just that that day doesn't necessarily have any significance to the stock.

Short interest is interesting enough to play weeklies though.
