Been sitting on the side lines with my VA loan ready to buy a house. Was going to do it in 2018 but FUD got to me and they said a housing bubble could happen because repo started to pick up. I been hoarding cryptos in the mean time. Mortgage rate is at its lowest, do I buy now or is this some sort of trap? The economy is being held up because election year and Trump wants to look good. Do I wait to see if things get worse after this fake shit show blows up? Or maybe it gets better from here. Where I am from they are literally building neighborhoods on every other block or so.
