just advise maybe as a beginer don't take some risks, like why shorting some real projects like btc or chainlink, when you can short a coin named shitmoon or shitpepe, or concretely ordinal.
I just fomoed in the short of link 3 days ago, just thought about it 10 seconds, and opened a position, I had to go balls deep in to buy more margin and my liquidation price is 11.1, so if link reaches a new top I just lose 3.5K which is a lot for me. so yeah, next time, if there is one, I ll try to short only the stuff that I know to be worthless. also, x3 is risk-free, and keep some money to go deeper in your short. If the top keeps climbing, resist the pressure to increase your margin directly if you have a lot of room.
