Not this case but I can imagine it happens a lot. One of my friends from high school went to become a doctor. I ran into him a few years ago and he told me about his first case after finishing residency and becoming a full time doctor. His first job was in a hospital in Chicago.

First case involved a morbidly obese black woman who hadn't taken any poos in a while. She was really backed up. So he had to put his hand up her ass and pull the poo out. The stench he said was horrible. He had a mask on and he said he wanted to kill himself while doing this. He thought "is this what I went to medical school for? to pull shit out of fat niggers asses?" He had so many stories of smelly fat niggers that it made me laugh so hard thinking how great it was that I wasn't in debt and forced to work a job where you get to smell niggers all day.
