My man it is never going anywhere close to that price ever again. Look at how long it took during the 2020 crash for those 3x funds to recover, and that was with the largest capital injection in history. Holding leveraged funds through a crash of that magnitude takes 10+ years to recover from. Even unleveraged indexes took 3 years OF BUYING EVERY SINGLE MONTHLY BOTTOM to recover from dot com and the GFC. Every. Monthly. Bottom. You deleverage when bad things are happening and releverage when it looks like a recovery is starting. You do not average down. You do not diamond hands. You unload and reload when the bailouts start. Only financial oblivion comes from holding like that.
