I've designed enough dual-sided non multi-layered hobbyist level PCBs in my lifetime to know what one looks like. This is a hobby level design, done by a single person, not a team of highly skilled individuals. That image exported with the board traces is from EagleCAD or similar, because when you get into multi-layered PCBs to set up for a PNP machine, it gets so overly complex with everything from trace angle to heat dissipation to via depth that you need the software to make a lot of those decisions for you automatically. This layout was 100% hand-drawn. It even looks like he's using goldfingers as a connection method, aka like a fucking Nintendo cartidges. The Pinnacle of reliability there.
