I saw a guy bitching about a frozen too, it's so laughable. The lack of electricity and shit for days is pretty fucked though, and apparently some of them don't even have water because of burst pipes. I legitimately never thought a place could ever be cucked that hard by what seems to be a pretty warm winter, from my perspective. Somehow homeless people up here eke by, and our services aren't great. Do Texans have no warm clothing or blankets at all?
