Ouch, OP you shouldn't be getting into work with these people if not even ONE member of your party offered a viable solution. If there's six of you and all you managed to do was pull in capital but no one could even think of a business plan or model to follow then everyone in that group has nothing to offer you and will only want to cash in once IF you ever thought of something worth doing.

Leave them. You can find a bunch of people with no ideas that you can pay without giving them equity if you ever think of a business you'd want to start personally. But don't include these people who will contribute nothing and just suck """equal shares""" of equity out of your pocket.

That's advice that's going to save you a ton of money.

Because what's going to happen is you and one other guy are going to do all the work. But even when it's making a little money everyone is going to act high and mighty saying that they deserve a share. It will be worse if it becomes successful, because they'll never want to sell you their equity and the money you'll be left with wont be enough to justify all the work that you've done.
