I gave it a once over.

Daily RSI is 69 and the share price has run up over 100% in the last four weeks. However, relative to earlier rosier times in this stock's history, there does appear to be upside.

I wouldn't chase this. Or, I wouldn't chase it right this instant. If you want insurance against missing out on some stupid moon shot scenario, you can set a stop-buy order a hair above the $4 resistance. If it spikes past that resistance, your order will fill. If it consolidates at current level or drops, no order fill and you're safe.
