No the burden of proof is on the one seeking to affect something. That anon has deemed his evidence good enough to invest in this stock. As the stock can't be bought, he's clearly not trying to convince anyone else to buy it. This leaves the burden of proof on you, since you're attempting to convince him to do.... something.
