As an LLAP baggie I brought this up yesterday. A few potential explanations:

1) hostile takeover by LMT
2) LMT insider info shows either LLAP or Rivada are close to insolvency, and LMT is protecting its own interests
3) this non-binding bid is a jewish plot to maintain the stock price above $1 by april as is required to prevent delisting from NYSE, they don’t actually intend to go through with it
4) LMT does fully intend for this buyout but this offer is meant to start a negotiation and we will see the share price be closer to $2 to $4 by closing

Just watch the share price, if it breaks out then maybe the offer was to trick the market into establishing a price floor to avoid delisting, and we just need to hold for the earnings report (which may be good or bad)
