Depending on your level of tinfoil hat between the coof vaccine, mpox, and HIV, I was looking into a company called Takeda Pharmaceuticals (TAK)... seems to be one of the largest Asian pharma companies. Seems mature, has 8 or 9 active and approved drugs, and has sold/spun off drugs to other companies. Has a large and increasing free cash flow, and even pays a 5.5% dividend. Not much action on options, but they exist.
I found them because I was shitposting with a friend about Nestle, who was partnered with a private biotech for finding drugs for food inflammation and saw a thing re: Crohn's Disease. Seems there's a bit of an overlap between immune function
