Sounds a bit like Cult State, but never mentions the Butterfly War so I doubt it's him. That's the thing about old /pol/, you had some really interesting minds popping in and dropping truth bombs. Nothing like the shambling zombie of today. A set of posts like that is inevitably just a series of pointers in a direction - hell, some of it is probably actively misleading without greater context.
