Developers looking to make blockchain projects should NOT be anonymous like it or not, THEY are controlling and moving a lot of money from a lot of people and that simply cannot continue because it's been proven humans suck and just can't stop taking advantage of others.

The people trading things can and should remain anonymous. Huge giga whale wallets should be public, and the projects that support that kind of behavior should get their creators doxed and called out for it.
