Theres this ridiculous idea that taking on LIABILITIES is going to make you money. It sounds like you worked hard and paidthese things off so cudos for that but you didn't put it to work for you so far. It's not earning interest or in a good stock. Owning a condo as an investment property is a fucking headache. Worrying about 2 giant depreciating assets (liabilities) is a headache. Im assuming your job is decent for what you have.
