I don't. I invest in both. I just think the market/economy is headed in a direction where it may not matter if you are making dollars. the dollar is in a historic sense, nearing it's collapse. so I do invest in stocks, bonds, index funds, etc. But I keep PM's because I have a sneaking suspension that 8%-12% I'm making will eventually not make up for the money I'm losing to inflation.

what is the smallest piece of Silver or Gold you guys own? This is mine, it's a 1/10 Gulden from the Dutch West Indies. It is 1.25 grams and is 0.720% silver. I love this little coin. next to an ounce and a merc dime for size.
