Options are unironically great for 5 fig portfolios. Maybe even 4 if you can stomach 5-10% on a trade. You don't yolo your entire port into an ER unless you are a complete gambler. You take 1-3% of your portfolio and put it into a high confidence monthly play.

Eg: DELL was creating better but parallel products with SMCI. SMCI ran like usain bolt on crack and meth. DELL however marched up slow and steady but surely.

It was safe to assume DELL was gonna rock at least 10%+ on ER to the upside. If SMCI is making bank, THE enterprise rack company was going to be making more.

Sure enough it rocketed 30% on ER and a shitty 100c was worth almost 20x the next morning. These plays are everywhere but people fail to spend more than 5 minutes looking into stuff. They see something like PANW and go hurr cloud security = good guys and then look like retards when they're left with a gaping -30% ER night.
